My philosophy

A fresh perspective on medicine.

Ayurveda is a complete system of medicine — holistic, deeply individual, and used in its entirety. Its principles were never meant to be a single path for everyone. Discovering your own practice is a journey of self-knowledge, and along the way the path to healing reveals itself.

Ultimate well-being asks for more: joining conventional treatment and diagnostic tools with the complete system of Ayurveda. My goal is to build a bridge between two worlds of medicine — Ayurveda's understanding of how imbalance unfolds is so rich that, together, they reach a far greater understanding than either holds alone. As an author, practitioner, and speaker, I work to give physicians, practitioners, and patients the tools to approach healing as the holistic, individual path it truly is.

I'm dedicated to care that does more than fix a problem — care that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit, addresses the symptom while seeking the root cause, and embraces the pursuit of self-knowledge.

The problem

Healthcare has become complicated.

We live amid endless information, wearable devices, supplements, diets, and advice that points in every direction. Yet real clarity about our own health can be surprisingly hard to find.

My work is to bring that clarity — recognizing patterns, understanding root causes, and creating change that's sustainable and genuinely your own.

My approach

Three questions at the heart of my work.

01

Understand the story

Your history, your relationships, and the stresses you carry. Health is never separate from the life around it.

02

Understand the physiology

Digestion, sleep, inflammation, metabolism, hormones — read together, the way the body actually works.

03

Build a sustainable plan

Simple, practical, and realistic — designed to live with you for the long term, and to grow as you do.

The bridge

A complete system of medicine, 5,000 years in the making.

Ayurveda is a whole system of health, with a remarkably rich understanding of how imbalance and disease unfold. I practice it in its entirety — and bring it together with conventional treatment and diagnostic tools, because Ayurveda's view of the body is so deep that, side by side, the two reach a far greater understanding than either holds alone.

Why my work is different

You should never have to choose between two worlds of medicine.

Conventional treatment and diagnostic tools excel at emergency medicine, diagnostics, and life-saving interventions. Ayurveda is a complete system of medicine for everything that surrounds them — the everyday work of living well, and understanding how health unfolds across a whole life.

Each holds a vital place, and my work brings them together — so you have the full strength of both.
